As a Strategic Design Management student, we often have to make strategies.
During this period, I felt a need for a standardized strategy framework which can guide strategist and the whole team to deliver and implement strategies effectively.
This strategy framework is an attempt to create a holistic and universal framework which can be used to revive product, service or organization.
This framework does not provide a blind path to follow for every revival strategy but gives an overall idea of how to proceed further and key things to be kept in mind throughout the process.
